Feature: Edit reply templates

• What it is:

  • Admin-level users can now edit and create review reply templates to use in the ‘Review Action’ dashboard.

• Why it’s important:

  • Set up custom reply templates to expedite the reply process and easily guide your company’s customer-facing message.

• How to:

  • Under the ‘Admin’ tab on the sidebar menu, click on the Reply Templates page.

• FAQ:

  • What are the ‘Positive’ and ‘Negative’ indicators?

    • When a review is identified as ‘Positive’ or ‘Negative’ by its star rating, we’ll load a corresponding template set.

    • This feature will reduce clutter in the ‘Review Action’ view. In this new control, each template is flagged as ‘Positive or ‘Negative.’

Feature: Change user roles

• What it is:

  • We’ve collected all non-Member roles into a single ‘Admin’ role, and renamed ‘Member’ to ‘Standard User.’

• Why it’s important:

  • Simplifying the role structure will allow more intuitive and customizable permissions control in future updates.

Feature: Set ‘Default’ location

• What it is:

  • Surveys and reviews with no associated location will be automatically assigned to the ‘Unassigned Location.’

• Why it’s important:

  • These surveys and reviews will now interact better with our dashboards.
